Background and experience

Laura holds a PhD in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, with a research year spent at Stanford University. Her work focused and still focuses on on how organizations can create measurable impact and drive positive change. She has advised blue-chip companies, start-ups, and VC funds, and previously helped scale a second-hand vintage fashion start-up as its Chief Operating and Chief Sustainability Officer.

A passion for performance

A former Top 10 tennis player in Germany, she earned a tennis scholarship to the University of San Diego in California, where she played tennis at the highest collegiate level in the USA while triple-majoring in Psychological Science, Finance, and Business Administration. While captaining the NCAA Division I tennis team, she led the team to a West Coast Conference title and achieved a Top 15 national ranking in the United States.

Global perspective on impact

Having lived, studied, and worked across Europe and the United States, Laura brings an international perspective to impact and business strategy. She is keen to help organizations translate ambitious ideas into measurable results for business, society, and the planet.

Background and experience

Felix holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School and brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of impact investing, finance, and technology. His work focuses on strengthening the financial foundations of organizations and enabling investments that generate both strong performance and meaningful impact.

Investing in what matters

Felix previously worked as an Investment Manager at an impact-focused Private Equity fund and played a leading role in designing and launching a €100m digital loan product for the healthcare sector. Through his experience with investment funds and tech ventures, he combines financial expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset to help organisations scale innovative and impactful solutions.

Driven to Go the Extra MileFelix approaches his work with discipline, resilience, and a strong commitment to results. As a 2024 Ironman finisher, he brings the same determination and endurance to client engagements: always ready to go the extra mile to achieve meaningful outcomes.
